Qatar Stars League Management have announced a change to QSL’s Round 23 matches between: Muaither Vs El Jaish and Umm Salal Vs Al Sadd. The QSL has decided to allow both matches to be brought forward and played on Thursday, 2nd March 2017 instead of the original date Saturday, 4th March 2017.
This amendment was requested by the QFA National Team Department in order to grant the international players from both El Jaish and Al Sadd sufficient rest ahead of preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Asian March qualifiers.
Accordingly, Muaither Vs El Jaish will be played in Al Gharafa Stadium (Thani Bin Jassem Stadium) on Thursday 02.03.2017 at 4:55pm, whilst Umm Salal Vs Al Sadd will kick-off at 7:05pm in Qatar Sports Club Stadium (Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium) later on the same day, Thursday 02.03.2017.
