Al Wakrah Sports Club reserves played AS Roma in a tough and entertaining contest. The Waves played the Italian club as part of their preseason training programme and lost 3-0.<br />
In the first half Roma built a two goal cushion and in the second half they killed the game off with another goal.<br />

The Waves had chances too in front of goal but were wasteful and could not claw back from any pride as the minutes ticked by.<br />

Before the match Al Wakrah’s Vice President of Football Jassim Al Tamimi presented Roma defensive midfielder Daniele De Rossi with a Wakrah jersey and gift.
