Al Wakra Sports Club concluded their deal with the Uruguayan head coach José Mauricio Larriera Dibarboure who will arrive in Doha next Wednesday to assume the position of first team coach. The Uruguayan will replace the Serbian tactician Goran Tufegdžić.

Al Wakra Sports Club  has said that Mauricio will lead the team and will arrive in Doha to start the preseason phase with the team before heading abroad for the club’s annual training camp in Italy.

Mauricio is 45 years old and used to play professionally in the Uraguayan Primera División for Liverpool F.C. (Montevideo), after which he then went on to become the head coach of the Uruguayan Club Defensor Sporting.
