Al Sailiya wins 1-0 in the friendly match played on Saturday 15th November at their home ground. The winning goal was scored by Daoud Abdelkarim in the 51st minute from the penalty spot.

The match was an open affair with plenty of quality on show; both teams took the match seriously. Tunisian head coach Sami Trabelsi tried two different formations during the match and gave most of his team the opportunity to play in the game.

The match was an opportunity to try out some new tactics and gauge the fitness of the squad. The Peregrines will now play another friendly match against Al Fateh from Saudi Arabia today at Al Sailiya stadium at 17:30.

These friendly are intended to improve ready the team ahead of the resumption of the QSL when Sailiya will face Umm Salal on the 30th of November.
