QSL league leaders Al Sadd have confirmed that defender Ibrahim Majid is set to be available for selection for their round 22 tie against Al Khor.

The club confirmed the news via their official website that Majid’s initial four game ban for his role in an incident against Al Shahania had been reduced from four games to two games by the QFA. It means that the Qatari international defender could be available for selection for the match.

The return of Majid will be a major boost for Sadd boss Jesaldo Ferriera who now seemingly has a fully fit side ahead of the title run in. Al Sadd are currently top of the QSL standings on goal difference and have a tally of fifty points from Twenty one QSL games this season.
