<span dir="LTR">DOHA: Al Sadd's influential striker Ibrahim Khalfan continues to complete his rehab program ahead of this week's Qatar Stars League</span><br />
<span dir="LTR">(QSL) clash against A Wakra, the club announced on Sunday.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">Khalfan, who also plays for the Qatar national side, has been long out of action following an injury sustained a few months ago.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">Al Sadd's fitness director Jao Marcos is closely monitoring Khalfan's recovery phase, the club said on Sunday.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">The former QSL champions are currently preparing for their round 7 clash against Al Wakrah on November 20.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">Khalfan trained with his teammates on Saturday night, giving hope to the coaching staff that he could be available for selection ahead of the next game.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">Al Sadd players Saad Al Dosari, Salim Al hajri, Mohammed Kasola, hamid Ismail, Hassan Al haydos and Ibrahim Al Majid are away on national duty.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">The team will continue to train in the coming days, the club said on Sunday.</span><br />

<span dir="LTR">Al Sadd have 14 points from six games.</span><br />
<br />
<span dir="LTR">They are third behind Lekhwiya and El Jaish in the points race.</span></div>
