Al Sadd is scheduled to return to Doha on Sunday evening as they start to reach the end of their preseason overseas training camp.<br />

The team was based in Austria from the 25th of July until the 9th of August in the town of Kaprun; it is the fifth consecutive year that the Wolves have been based in the small alpine town.<br />
 <br />
The team played three friendlies during their overseas programme, firstly the wolves took on Al Nasser, new signing Xavi scored a great freekick but Sadd eventually lost 2-1. Then Sadd played out a tough goalless draw against Emirati side Al Ain and lastly they played Al Wahda winning by a single goal.
