Al Sadd Sports Club football team resumed training on Monday after two days of rest that they received following the goalless draw against Al Khor in Round 6 of the Qatar Stars League.<br />

The players are preparing for the upcoming derby against Al Arabi in Round 7, which will be played on Saturday, the 31st of October at Abdulla bin Khalifa Stadium.<br />

Al Sadd trained on Monday over two separate sessions. The coaching staff looking to improve the physical fitness of the players ahead the derby match against Al Arabi, which is a huge test for the team especially if they have ambitions to lift the QSL title.<br />

Al Sadd are currently in second place in the table with 14 points and remain unbeaten in the QSL this season  having registered  4 wins and 2 draws.
