Al Rayyan football team delegation leaves Doha on Monday 27 Feb 2017 to Riyadh in preparations for the upcoming match against Saudi side Al Hilal in Group D action of the AFC Champions League 2017.

Al Rayyan is on top of this group following their win over the Emirati club Al Wahda by two goals to one, while both Al Hilal and Peroozi (Iran) tied by one goal each.

Al Rayyan technical staff led by Head Coach Michael Laudrup refused to rest his team’s players following the Round 22 match versus Al Gharafa which Al Rayyan lost 1-2. Laudrup commenced preparations for the AFC Champions League tie on the following day.

Al Rayyan will conduct their final training session in Riyadh ahead of the much-anticipated match.
