El Jaish defender Ali Sanad Al Nuaimi stressed that the upcoming Round 9 game against Al Arabi will be tough. He said, “We are aware of the importance of each and every game. We also know that we must be self-confident but at the same time respect our opponents.” He also indicated that Al Arabi’s fan base is huge and may influence the flow of the game. 

Commenting on his expectations for the match
 “Such expectations must be preceded by hard work and we must prepare in the proper manner for this game. Al Arabi and El Jaish are close in table and it is hard to predict the outcome.”
 
Commenting on his assessment of his side this season
 “The team is developing and improving well, we have both local and foreign players of the best quality. This is an indicator that we are on the right track. We will continue carving out a reputation of El Jaish as a tough team to play against.”
 
When asked about whether El Jaish had the staying power for the entirety of the season, the Qatari star said, “Definitely we can and we will strive for this and more. This is our responsibility as players.”

The player stressed that their ambition is to be among the top four teams in the league which requires a lot of effort and focus, especially in the upcoming period.

Commenting on the league break due to international matches
“We started the league with great power which lifted us up to a good position,  then came the stoppage period which will be beneficial for the technical staff to prepare the players for the next phase.”
