Al Khor’s team manager Yousef Jalal has confirmed that the Knights have signed Mouhcine Iajour on a one year loan deal from Qatar SC. In an exclusive interview with QSL online Jalal outlined the transfer plans of Al Khor ahead of the start of the 2016/2017 season.

“Iajour has signed a one year deal with Al Khor and will be available for the 2016/2017 season for Al Khor. He signed with the club on Monday, and an official press conference to introduce the player to fans and media will take place soon.”

Jalal also revealed the clubs admiration for the Moroccan international striker. “ Iajour played very well towards the end of the season with Al Ahli, which made him a target for the club. We are pleased to have signed such a prestigious player.”

The clubs team manager also outlined the three professional players who will stay with the club. “ So far we have Madson, Marcos Antonio and Mouhcine Iajour for next year. Julio Cesar has retired and we would like to thank him for his services to Al Khor. His replacement, which we brought in late last season Park Hee-do, will leave the club along with compatriot Heo Jae-won.”

This means that Al Khor will be looking for an Asian based player to complete their four professional players ahead of the start of the QSL season on the 15th of September.
