Match kick-off at 19:15 Fri, Feb 6th, 2015 in the Al Khor stadium.

Al Kharaitiyat coach Amar Osim
“From the rankings perspective it is a very important game. We know the importance it brings but it is not the only one in the league. We have 11 games remaining before the end of the season.”

“Our first target now is to try to get out of this difficult situation. The danger of relegation that we find ourselves in is very real and we must be awake. After that we can look at consolidation. Right now we are only looking at the first game and getting out of danger.”

“As for improving the team, we need time. Kharaitiyat has struggled in the last two seasons. It's like a tradition to take part in the relegation battle and this must change. First we need to stabilize ourselves. We need many things for sure. Otherwise we wouldn't be in this situation but it's a step by step process. And we are looking to improve.”

“We have no absences for the moment. We go into the game with a relatively fit squad”

Al Shahania coach Luka Bonačić
“It has been a long break of 45 days. But we have used it very well. Before I came here my team had a few problems with regards to fitness. Last month we worked on these points. We played five friendly games. I think we have done a good job. Tomorrow is a tough game for us. But I am optimistic about the results.”

“We see a light at the end of the tunnel. These 45 days we worked very well. The players have worked hard. We have brought in three local players too. And we have now a good chance to fight and stay in the QSL.”
