Al-Kharaitiyat Football Club lost their third friendly on Wednesday evening to Al-Fateh by two goals to one. This match was a close tactical affair as the first half ended with Al-Kharaitiyat leading 1-0. The goal was scored by player Walid Jassem from a penalty kick, whilst in the second half Al-Fateh was able to get back into the game and score two goals to end the match in their favour (2-1). This was the third friendly for the Thunders after their draw against Myanmar National Team and their win against second division Muaither.

Al-Kharaitiyat head coach Bertrand Marchand used the friendly to identify the players’ technical and physical fitness in order to assess their readiness for round 11 of Qatar Stars League, as Al-Kharaitiyat will play against Al-Khor on 29^th of November.
