QSL side Qatar Sports club has confirmed the signing of Argentine play-maker Emiliano Vecchio from Chilian side Colo-Colo. In an exclusive interview with QSL online head of football Jassem Al Hudafi confirmed the move. “Emiliano Vecchio, has signed a six month contract with Qatar Sports Club. He is a powerful playmaker who will add to the squad in the coming games.”

Al Hudaifi also had news on a second potential January signing for the Kings. A decision will be made on the signing of Brazilian player Alexander Da Silva with the player already training with the squad. Al Hudaifi said: “He is a direct striker who can score goals for the side he will be signed officially pending the head coach’s approval.”
Qatar Sports club are currently in the QSL relegation zone and our looking for an upturn in results after a first half of the season. They will be taking on Al Arabi on Thursday the 28th of January at Al Gharafa stadium when the QSL resumes.
