QSL side Qatar Sports club has confirmed the signing of Argentine play-maker Emiliano Vecchio from Chilian side Colo-Colo. In an exclusive interview with QSL online head of football Jassem Al Hudafi confirmed the move. “Emiliano Vecchio, has signed a six month contract with Qatar Sports Club. He is a powerful playmaker who will add to the squad in the coming games.”<br />

Al Hudaifi also had news on a second potential January signing for the Kings. A decision will be made on the signing of Brazilian player Alexander Da Silva with the player already training with the squad. Al Hudaifi said: “He is a direct striker who can score goals for the side he will be signed officially pending the head coach’s approval.”<br />

Qatar Sports club are currently in the QSL relegation zone and our looking for an upturn in results after a first half of the season. They will be taking on Al Arabi on Thursday the 28<sup>th</sup> of January at Al Gharafa stadium when the QSL resumes.<br />
