Al Gharafa Sports Club officially announced the signing of Brazilian coach Péricles Chamusca for two years. This was announced during last Thursday’s press conference at the club’s headquarters. The club representatives during the media gathering were football team manager Saoud Fath and the club media officer, Taha Al-Muhaza.

Chamusca expressed his joy and happiness that he had returned to the Qatar Stars League, having previously been the head coach of both Al Arabi and El Jaish.

Chamusca also added that he will be working to build his own team and therefore change many players and work on new formations. 

It was revealed that the club had been in talks with the Brazilian coach since before the end of the season so that he would have plenty of time to buy new players and instill his philosophy on the players.
