Al-Gharafa Club announced officially the signing of the Costa Rican player Christian Bolanius for two years from the Costa Rican Club Cartine, to replace the Venezuelan player Micho.

The signing was announced on the press conference convened in the Club headquarters in the presence of Seikh Hamad Bin Mohamed Al Thani the Head of Football, who welcomed the player, assuring that he is a well-known football star, which was proved by his performance with his national team in the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.

From his side, the player praised the hospitality was granted to him since his arrival in Doha, hoping to succeed in aiding the team assume the best possible position in the league table.
Bolanius added that he has been always looking forward to play outside Costa Rica, as he received Al-Gharafa offer after the conclusion of the recent World Cup and he gathered as much information about the Club before signing the contract.
