Qatar Stars League (QSL) outfit Al Arabi will train in neighboring UAE for six days, the club said on Monday.

Headed by Italian coach Gianfranco Zola, Al Arabi will be in Abu Dhabi from January 14 to 20, club officials said.

The 14-team QSL is in the middle of a winter break of three weeks as Qatar stages the AFC U-23 Championship.

Al Arabi, placed 6th on the points table, have lost their last three games in QSL, prompting a drop in rankings.

The team will resume their training on Tuesday following a 9-day rest.
