Al Arabi Football Club drew with the Qatar Military Department Team 1-1 in the friendly game played on Wednesday as part of the Red’s preparations for the Round 9 fixture against El Jaish.<br />

Al Arabi had the majority of possession during the game and scored courtesy of their Brazilian front man Paulinho during the first ten minutes.<br />

The Military Team fought back and scored through an Antoy goal in the 35^th minute.<br />
<br />
During the second half neither side was able to score as the match ended in a tie. This is the second friendly match for Al Arabi during the international break.<br />

The Italian Head Coach Zola fielded a large number of players during the game in order to prepare all the players for the resumption of the Qatar Stars League.
