QSL strugglers Al Sailiya have been handed a major injury boost ahead of their round eight tie against Al Ahli. The club confirmed last night that influential Bahrain international Faouzi Aaish is set to return to the side following a spell on the sidelines though suspension and injury.
The return of Aaish will be a major boost for Sailiya head coach Sami Trabelsi, with the Peregrines struggling in the absence of last season’s top goal scorer. Last time out Sailiya grabbed their first win of the season thanks to a stunning Raoul Loé strike to defeat Al Kharaitiyat 1-0.
The Peregrines are currently in twelfth place in the QSL standings, and have five points from seven games.
