The Qatar Stars League can confirm the official date and location for the proposed relegation play-off between Al Shahania and Qatar SC. 

The tie is set to take place at Lekhwiya stadium on Wednesday the 19th of April 2017. The winner of the match will then  take part in the the 2017/2018 QSL campaign. In the event of a draw at full time, the match will proceed to extra time, if the teams cannot be separated then the match will be decided by penalties. 

Al Markiya are the other team that have been promoted to the QSL for the 2017/2018 season after winning the Qatar Gas League.
