Al Ahli face Al Khor in Week 3 of the 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League at the Al Thumama Stadium on Friday, August 23, 2024. The kick-off is at 8.30pm.

Each team is looking forward to presenting its best in the match and achieve the best result in order to advance in the league table. Al Ahli aim to gain momentum having won in the last round, while Al Khor are seeking to register their first win having scored a draw in their first two rounds.

Al Ahli are currently second in the standings with four points after a 2-2 draw with Al Wakrah in the opening round and an exciting 1-0 victory over Al Gharafa in the second round.

On the other hand, Al Khor have two points to their credit with goalless draws against Al Gharafa and Al Shahania in the first two rounds respectively.

Al Ahli would look to continue their good show and collect the winning points to stay among the top, while Al Khor will look to excel in all departments to achieve their first victory.

Both teams have a number of top-level players while their respective coaches will also be pushing the players for the best result.
