The Qatar Stars League made an amendment to the schedule of matches for Week 5 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League, after co-ordination and consultation with the authorities concerned.

The Al Wakrah vs Al Duhail match, scheduled to be held on Friday, 1st October, has been postponed to a later date due to the health measures that prevent Al Duhail players from participating in training and matches. The Competition Department has been notified to take the appropriate decision.

The Al Sailiya vs Al Khor match was shifted from the Thani bin Jassim Stadium of Al Gharafa club to Khalifa International Stadium and the kick-off time was changed from 19.15 to 16:35.
