The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has announced the schedule for 2026-2027 season QSL Cup, which kicks off on September 20, 2026.

The tournament will be held according to the following format:

- Competing teams: 11 teams from Doha Bank Stars League (following Al Sadd’s withdrawal from this year’s tournament) and 8 teams from Jetour League.

- The teams will be divided into 5 levels based on their standings from the previous season in each league.

- Each team will play 4 matches against the other levels in the first stage.

- The top 8 teams will qualify for quarterfinals.

- Quarterfinals: Four (4) matches will be played in a single-match knockout format.

- If any match in the knockout rounds ends in a draw after regulation time, the winner will be determined directly by penalty kicks without extra time.
