“The match will be difficult. Strength and mental focus will be needed on the field in order to achieve our goal of promotion to the First Division. At the same time, Al Sailiya are also keen to stay in the First Division, so it is a contest of high spirit. Even if the standards differ, victory will be a great achievement for both teams.
“This match certainly has its own technical calculations and strategy, because it is crucial for both teams, who have a great desire to achieve their goals. We have a dream of playing in the top flight again.
“We have worked to correct the mistakes that occurred during the last rounds of Second Division. And we have been working on guiding the players and asking them to not to make mistakes and also to raise the level of concentration because this match is the most important and difficult game for the team this season. There is no room for mistakes. It requires a serious and strong performance with high levels of focus, taking advantage of the half-opportunities that are available to the players in front of the opposing team's goal.
“We respect the Al Sailiya team a lot. They have standout players, be they professionals and Qataris, and they perform team game well. They have a distinguished coach, who knows how to manage the big matches, as well.
“We have made great efforts in order to be playing in the First Division and we do not forget the support of our club management, led by His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Thamer Al Thani, to overcome difficulties. His continuous support for us in the technical staff is much appreciated. We still have an opportunity to achieve our goal and we must seize this opportunity to play in the QNB Stars League,” said Panait.
Al Kharaitiyat player Mohammed Salam said, “A difficult and strong match awaits our team against Al Sailiya in the deciding Play-Off.”
