Khaled Waleed scored in the 72nd minute for Qatar SC, who remained on four points after suffering their first defeat.
Al Arabi called the shots right throughout and had more ball possession and chances.
Rami’s individual brilliance was writ on their first goal as he proved way faster than the goalkeeper in shooting the ball into the net.
Qatar SC put up an improved show in the second half, but could not find the target at the beginning. On the contrary, The Dream Team succeeded in doubling their lead in the 57th minute through a penalty kick.
However, after several attempts, Qatar SC pulled one back through Khaled.
Al Arabi responded quickly through Ibrahim Nasser and Al Ansari rounded off the tally in stoppage time.
