QSL side El Jaish concluded their preseason training camp in Austria losing 2-1 to Italian side Udinese on Wednesday evening.

Sabri Lamouchi’s side took an early lead on the 20^th minute. A well placed through ball from Uzbekistan international Sardor Rashidov found Romarinho, who calmly stroked the ball into the net the first half ended 1-0 to El Jaish.

Within minutes of the restart and Jaish had conceded an equalizer. Udinese pounced on a defensive error and a familiar face in former QSL star Hamdi Harboui was on hand to sweep in from close range.

El Jaish pushed hard to find a winner, however it was the Italian side who struck on the 81^st minute. Brazilian striker Ewandro took advantage of Jaish defensive uncertainly to bundle the ball home. The result means that Jaish leave their training camp in Austria with two victories and one defeat.

The El Jaish squad is set to return to Doha on Friday evening, and is set to resume training ahead of their crunch AFC Champions league tie against Al Nassr on the 28^th of August.
