Newly promoted QSL side Al Shahania are set to sign Tunisian striker Saber Khalifa. The former Marseille player touched down in Doha last night, ahead of negotiations and a medical. Khalifa is expected to sign a one year deal with the side.The club is currently looking to add further professional players to their ranks as Shahania prepare for their second ever season in the QSL.
The squad, who are managed by Spanish coach Miguel Lotina are now set to focus on preseason training for the new 2016/2017 QSL season. Al Shahania will be ramping up their preparations by heading to Germany for a training camp, ahead of the start of the QSL season on the 15th of September.
