QSL side Al Sailiya has announced the loan signing of El Jaish defender Mohammed Jumaa for the remainder of the season.

Jumaa had previously been on loan at Al Arabi during the first half of the season, but has now elected to head to Al Sailiya. It takes the number of January signings to six, with head coach Sami Trabelsi looking to significantly strengthen his side ahead of the final rounds of the season.

Jumaa joins two other local signings in Qatari attacker Jaralla Al-Marri and Rami Fayez who have been recruited on loan from Al Rayyan and El Jaish respectively. Sami Trabelsi also elected to change three players in his professional ranks with Uzbekistan attackers Temurkhuja Abdukholiqov and Sanjar Shaakhmedov joining the club on permanent deals whilst Romanian midfielder Valentin Lazăr has been signed on loan from Dinamo București.

Sami Trabelsi will be hoping that all six of his new signings will be available for selection ahead of Al Sailiya’s round 19 clash against El Jaish on Friday evening.
