Two teams from the bottom end of the table kicked off round 11 of the Qatar Stars League, Al Khor - the home side welcomed Al Kharaitiyat to the Al Khor stadium.<br />
<br />
Al Khor head coach Boloni in his pre-match press conference expressed confidence in his players and said that he felt that the game against Kharaitiyat was winnable. However it was the visitors who went in front.<br />
<br />
The game’s opener came through Congolese striker Yves Diba Ilunga in the first half when he smashed home on the 21st minutes.<br />
<br />
The home side tried to recover and mounted a concerted effort but to no avail as the minutes ticked by. <br />
<br />
Half time came and went with the Knights looking increasingly likely to equalize, the pressure was starting to tell. Al Khor had the lion’s share of possession and chances. <br />
<br />
Then in the 51st minute Qatari defender Serigne Abdou scored to level the game at one apiece. <br />
<br />
The match was finely poised going into the last half hour as both sides were of equal quality. However neither team could find a way to dominate the other significantly.<br />
<br />
The referee blew the final whistle in a game that left both sides frustrated.<br />

Al Khor move up to 9th whilst Kharaitiyat stay in 11th spot in the Qatar Stars League.
