Al Wakrah coach Vicente Moreno spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 12 match against Al Arabi.
“We are fully prepared for the upcoming match, especially since we have worked very well this week. I know we will be facing a very good team, Al Arabi, particularly after their positive results in the league.
“The second half of the season will be difficult for all clubs due to the desire to achieve their goals. All I hope is that we can improve our performance to climb the league table,” said Moreno.
Al Wakrah player Mohammed Ayash said, “Everyone has prepared as best as possible for this challenging encounter, especially since Al Arabi have proved in the last six or seven rounds that they are a clearly improving team.
“We hope to achieve victory in this match to make the best possible start to the second half of season.”
