Al Rayyan defeated Al Shahania 3-0 to book their place in the semifinals of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at Al Khor Stadium on Tuesday.

Goals from Ahmed Alaaeldin in the 36th and 66th minutes in addition to Roger Guedes’ 62nd minute goal, helped The Lions bag their last-four berth at the end of an enthralling encounter.

Alaaeldin nodded home his first of the night off a corner kick by Gabriel Pereira before Guedes poked into an empty net from a corner kick in the second half to extend the lead.

Alaaeldin completed his brace four minutes after Guedes’ goal, tapping into an empty net from a precise diagonal pass by Tiago Silva as Al Rayyan advanced in their quest for their first QSL Cup title.
