The goal of round 25 was not easy to choose as there were many good candidates; the team goal from Umm Salal as well as a beaut from Christian Bolanos for Gharafa were close runners up.

However the winner for Goal of the round has to be the mesmerising effort by Yousef Msakni in the title clinching match against Al Ahli. The Tunisian has come into a rich vein of form lately and his team's third goal on the night was yet more proof, if any were needed.

Msakni received a through-ball as he ran in from the left, he narrowed in on goal and with a few lightning fast step overs, he managed to create some extra time and space to get his shot off. 

Lekhwiya were already in the lead during the match against Al Ahli but the goal captured the style, grace and strength of Lekhwiya beautifully this season.
