QSL side Al Gharafa has begun preparations in earnest ahead of their round 21 clash against Al Sadd on Monday the 7^th of March at Al Sadd stadium, KO at 19:30.<br />

Head coach Pedro Caixinia refused his squad a day of rest, following the Cheetah’s titanic 4-4 draw with Umm Salal in round 20. The team underwent light training drills under the watchful eye of the Portuguese tactician.<br />

Most of the squad took part in training on Sunday evening except the injured defensive trio of Bilal Mohammed, Mahdi Ali and Ibrahim Al-Ghanim. Who underwent individual training drills as they recover from long-term injuries.<br />

Gharafa are currently in eighth place in the QSL standings.<br />
