Al Sailiya coach Mirghani Al Zain spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 11 match against Al Wakrah.

“We have completed our preparations for the match against Al Wakrah in the 11th round of the league. We emphasize the importance of the encounter and the difficulty of the task against a strong opponent.

“We hope to be at our peak readiness. The players have shown a positive reaction after the break and we are looking forward to putting on a good performance in the match.

“The match is very important and difficult at the same time and our goal is to secure the three points to get closer to our objectives in the competition,” said Mirghani.

Al Sailiya player Salem Al Sufiani said, “Preparations were positive after the break and despite the absences the team is ready to play the match. We approach every match as if it were a final and this match represents the end of the first half of the season. We hope to reward ourselves with a positive result.”
