<p>Newly-crowned champions Al Sadd are up against Umm Salal in Week 22 of the QNB Stars League on Saturday, 13th April. The kick-off is at 18:20 at the Al Sadd Stadium.</p><p>Al Sadd had clinched their record-extending 14th Qatar league title last week after taking an unassailable lead over closest challengers Al Duhail following their 7-2 victory over Al Ahli, their 17th in this season’s QNB Stars League.</p><p>Al Sadd (54 points) will look to wind up their campaign on a winning note, while Umm Salal, who lost 2-5 to Al Shahania in the last round, will be keen to improve their position with a victory.</p><p>Al Sadd have three draws too to their credit. The Wolves have lost only one match, to Al Ahli in the first leg, and have a goal difference of +73 (94 goals for and 21 against). They have the most number of victories, goals and goal difference as well.</p><p>Umm Salal are placed ninth with 23 points (six wins, five draws and 10 defeats). The Orange Fortress’ goal difference is -15, having scored 23 goals and conceded 38).</p><p>Al Sadd had beaten Umm Salal 5-1 in the first leg.</p><p>Meanwhile, Al Sadd played out a 2-2 away draw with Uzbekistan’s Pakhtakor in the 2019 AFC Champions League in Tashkent on Tuesday.</p><p>Al Sadd, semifinalists in the 2018 AFC Champions League, had opened their campaign with a 0-2 loss to Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia before beating Iran’s Persepolis 1-0. The Qatari side is second in the Group D table with four points, behind Pakhtakor.</p>
