Al Khor’s assistant coach Moustafa Souiheb spoke to the media ahead of their 2020-21 season QNB Stars League Week 12 match against Al Arabi.

“I just want to say that we are ready for this match. Undoubtedly, Al Arabi have a great motivation to achieve victory after the way they have played recently. They are also fully prepared.

“We will also be ready to tackle the danger Al Arabi present in this match. We will give our best to win this clash in order to advance and improve our position on the points table.

“Our players were not affected after the departure of French coach Frederic Hantz and this was evident in the previous match against Al Rayyan, where the team was disciplined and in full focus.

“We hope to win the Al Arabi match so that we feel comfortable and rejoice. My team is fully ready for this meeting. Our preparations were normal but we aspire to get the three points."

Al Khor player Al Naji Al Sadiq said, “We are working hard in every aspect of training. The morale and spirit of the players is high in the team. Certainly we hope to have a better performance in the second phase of the league.

“The difference is not big between the teams at the end of the table and in the middle, so all matches and their points in the second phase are very important. This gives us a moral impulse to work more to achieve positive results and collect the largest number of points.”
