Al Ahli’s Abdulrasheed Ibrahim has been named as the QNB Stars League’s Best Under-23 Player for the month of April, 2021, according to STATS, the official statistics and figures provider for the QNB Stars League.

During the period, Abdulrasheed played three matches (Weeks 20, 21 and 22), with a total of 289 minutes on the pitch and scored one goal.

He helped Al Ahli defeat Al Kharaitiyat 2-1 in Week 20 and draw 1-1 with Qatar SC in Week 21. The Brigadiers, however, lost 0-4 to Al Duhail in Week 22.

Abdulrasheed scored his only goal off the three games from outside the box.

Al Ahli finished a creditable fifth with 33 points (10 victories, three draws and nine defeats). They were level on points with Al Gharafa, but were placed behind on goal difference (-10 as against Al Gharafa’s +7).
