Al Shamal coach David Prats spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 11 match against Al Sadd.

“We are expecting a very tough match against a top-level team that holds the league title and boasts a number of exceptionally talented players. However, I have complete confidence in my players, their ability to take responsibility and their capacity to achieve the desired result,” said Prats.

Al Shamal player Ahmed Al Saeed said, “We are aiming for victory and the three points, although the match will not be easy at all against a strong team coming off a big win in the AFC Champions League.

“They play with strength and a well-known character. But the Al Shamal players are also ready to give their best to achieve the best possible result and make their fans happy.”
