Mr. Hani Taleb Ballan, CEO of Qatar Stars League (QSL), congratulated Al Wakrah on the occasion of winning the Qatar Cup 2024 by beating Al Rayyan 1-0 in the final played on Saturday, May 4, 2024.

“On this occasion, I extend my sincere congratulations to the technical and administrative staff, players, fans and all those associated with the team that won this edition of The Glorious Cup with great merit and distinction,” he said.

Mr. Hani praised the strong technical level exhibited by the competing clubs in the tournament, and wished them and all clubs success in the forthcoming competitions and tournaments. He hailed the partnership between QSL, all parties concerned and clubs through co-ordination and joint co-operation that made the tournament a success at all organizational and technical levels.

The CEO said, “I take this opportunity also to congratulate Al Sadd club, its technical and administrative staff, players and fans on being crowned as the 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League champions deservedly after great efforts and a distinguished level during the tournament.”
