Al Gharafa face Al Arabi in Week 10 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 18:15 at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Saturday, 25th December, 2021.

The clash between the top-four teams will evoke keen interest on and off the field, given that both sides’ ranks include players of great calibre and also because they both have solid fan base.

Andrea Stramaccioni-coached Al Gharafa are fourth in the table with 15 points (five wins and four defeats). The Cheetahs have a goal difference of +4 (16 goals for and 12 against).

Al Gharafa and Al Wakrah are on same number of points, but the former are placed ahead on better goal difference.

Al Gharafa and Al Arabi had registered victory in the previous round, with the former beating Al Rayyan 2-0 and the latter getting the better of Al Khor by an identical score.

The Dream Team, coached by Younes Ali, are in third place with 19 points (six wins, one draw and two defeats) and have a goal difference of +4 (13 goals for and nine against).

Meanwhile, Al Gharafa reached the knockout semifinals of 2021-2022 season Ooredoo Cup after finishing second in Group B, while Al Arabi exited the tournament after ending up fourth in the same group.
