<p>Qatar SC coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2020-21 season QNB Stars League Week 19 match against Al Ahli.</p><p>“We realise the importance of the match, so our preparations were done with great energy to score a victory and all of us in the team family will fight it out to achieve what we want.</p><p>“We were somewhat affected by the absence of a number of our players in our previous match against Al Sailiya and full-strength squad now will have a positive impact. It is a morale booster ahead of the match.</p><p>“Al Ahli are a strong team with very good players. They have a highly-qualified coach and presented good levels through which they achieved what they deserved in the league (top-four position). They did exceptionally well against Al Gharafa and Al Khor, and those results doubled their chances to be in the top four.</p><p>“In general, we are able to achieve victory, especially with a state of optimism and my great confidence in the players. We are striving hard to accomplish our mission of gaining a good position in the league,” said Younes.</p><p>Qatar SC captain Mohammed Salem said, “The match will play a crucial role in determining our chance to be in te top-four bracket. We are facing a team that has strong defence and offence, and has the speed to move to attack well, but we have the ability to stop it and collect full points.</p><p>“Our preparations went off with great enthusiasm and focus. We will seize any opportunity to achieve our ambition and reap the fruits of our efforts throughout the season.”</p>
