Al Sailiya assistant coach Amine Fareekha spoke to the media ahead of their 2020-21 season QNB Stars League Week 22 match against Al Arabi.

“The match is important for both teams, especially since we are coming from a loss in the last round, which makes it very demanding to win and end the league championship well. Our team is ready for the match that will not be easy in view of each team’s keenness to win.

“The team must be fully focused and the players do not spare any effort so that we can get the three points. We must end our campaign in this season's league with an important victory on the psychological level, especially since the results in general this season were not good for us.

“It is important to forget the loss in the last round against Umm Salal and we will try to rectify the mistakes that we made despite the lack of time. We must go into the Al Arabi match with great focus and play at our true level. Each player will show all his efforts, technically and physically, in this match,” said Amine.

Al Sailiya player Ahmed Sebaei said, “We are ready to face Al Arabi. We seek to win despite the difficulty of the match because Al Arabi are a good team and include many distinguished players, but we hope to achieve a positive result and collect the three points and end the season in the best possible way.

“Al Sailiya deserve a better position in the table than this.”
