Umm Salal defeated Kuwaiti club Al Shabab by a 3-0 margin in a friendly match played during their overseas camp in Turkey ahead of the start of the new season (2021-2022).

Yassin Al Bakhit, Ali Ferydoon and Abdullah Khaled scored the goals.

Umm Salal played a strong match and the team benefited from the third friendly game, after losing to Kuwait City 1-2 and beating Turkish club Fethiyespor 3-1.

Umm Salal’s Brazilian coach Sergio Farias and his support staff wanted the team to achieve maximum benefits from the friendly matches.
