QSL Top 10- Shots and Crosses.
With the QSL season coming to an end, QSL online has decided to highlight exceptional QSL players this season. Today with look at the top 10 players who had the most shots along with players who had the most crosses on average in the QSL during the 2015/2016 QSL season. All statastics and figures have been provided by Prozone.
Rodrigo Tabata- 4.8.
Unsurprisingly, The QSL’s reining player of the year Rodrigo Tabata leads the way with shots per game. The crafty attacker registered on average 4.8 shots per QSL game this season.
Mouchine Iajour- 4.3
The Moroccan striker enjoyed stints at two QSL teams in his first full season in Qatar. Iajour initially signed up with Qatar SC, before moving to Al Ahli in January. Whilst with the Brigadeers the striker found his feet in the league averaging 4.3 shots per game.
Abdulrazak Hamdullah 4.2
El Jaish attacker Abdulrazak Hamdullah enjoyed a fine maiden season in the QSL racking up 21 goals Hamdullah averaged 4.2 shots per game aiding El Jaish to second place in the QSL.
Sebastian Saez & Sergio Garcia 4.1
Al Wakrah’s Argentine attacker Sebastian ‘Sasha’ Saez averaged an impressive 4.1 shots per game for his side. Sergio Garcia also joined Sasha on 4.1 shots per game, the former Espanyol striker attacking play aided Al Rayyan to their first ever falcon shield in twenty one years.
Yusef Msakni 4.0
With an average of four shots per game, Lekhwiya attacker Yusef Msakni registered the sixth most shots per game for a player in the QSL this term.
Paulinho 3.7
Al Arabi’s Brazilian attacker Paulinho averaged 3.7 shots per game making him have the seventh most shots per game in the QSL this season, aiding Al Arabi to an eighth place finish in the QSL standings.
Sebastian Soria & Hassan Haydoos 3.6
Al Rayyan striker Sebastian Soria and Al Sadd winger Hassan Haydoos both averaged 3.6 shots per game this season. Both attackers where on fine form for their respective sides whilst also representing the Qatar national team this season.
Firmin Mubele 3.3
Al Ahli’s Congolese striker is the second Ahli player to make the QSL shots per game list. The summer signing averaged 3.3 shots per QSL game, helping his side to an impressive sixth place in the QSL Standings.

Mahmoud Saad of Al Kharitiyat came in second place with 164 crosses for the Thunders this term. Al Gharafa’s Iranian international Masoud Shojaei registered 133 crosses this term in the QSL.
Al Khor’s Brazilian attacker Madson delivered the fourth most crosses in the league with 124 over the course of the QSL season. Madson is joined by Umm Salal defender Ismael Ibrahim who delivered 121 crosses for the Orange Fortress this term.
Al Arabi youngster Ali Jasimi capped off a fine individual season whipping in 120 crosses for his team. Understandably Al Sadd winger Hassan Haydoos gets onto the top 10 crossers this season with 113 crossing attempts this season.
Al Rayyan left back Mohammed Jumma registered 111 crosses for the QSL champions this term. Al Khor’s second player on the list is Marcos Antonio who crossed the ball 102 times during the season. Completing the top ten is Al Ahli’s Qatari international Ali Qadri who crossed the ball 99 times this season.
