Al Arabi have scored 25 goals and conceded 31, whereas Al Sailiya have scored 21 goals and conceded 33).

The Dream Team, who have Icelander Heimir Hallgrimsson at their helm, have seven victories to their credit. They drew five matches and lost nine.

Al Sailiya, under Tunisian Sami Trabelsi, have registered seven wins, five draws and nine defeats.

Nicknamed The Peregrines, Al Sailiya had recently won the 2020-21 season Ooredoo Cup, their first major trophy, beating Al Rayyan 2-0 in the final.
