<p><strong>Tuesday, 16th March, 2021</strong></p><p><strong>17:00 kick-off at Al Duhail Stadium</strong></p><p>Al Wakrah face Al Gharafa in Week 21 of the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 17:00 at the Al Duhail Stadium on Tuesday, 16th March, 2021.</p><p>Week 21 matches have been scheduled for 6th April, but this game was rescheduled in view of Al Gharafa’s play-off with Uzbekistan’s FC AGMK in Doha on 7th April, 2021, for a berth in the 2021 AFC Champions League group stage.</p><p>Three Qatari clubs (Al Duhail, Al Rayyan and Al Sadd who finished in that order in the 2019-20 season QNB Stars League final standings), will play in the West Asia group stage of tournament proper, while fourth-placed Al Gharafa had to go into play-off for a place in the main draw. The winner will join Group A featuring Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia, Shabab Al Ahli of the UAE and FC Istiklol of Tajikistan.</p><p>Al Wakrah, coached by Marquez Lopez, did well in Week 19 by holding newly-crowned QNB Stars League champions Al Sadd to a 1-1 draw.</p><p>The Blue Wave are currently placed ninth in the standings with 19 points (five victories, four draws and 10 defeats). Their goal difference is -14 (15 goals for and 29 against).</p><p>Al Gharafa, who slipped from fourth to fifth position following their 1-3 loss to Al Ahli in Week 19, will be keen to storm back into the top-four bracket.</p><p>The Cheetahs, under Slavisa Jokanovic, have 30 points (nine wins, three draws and seven defeats) and have a goal difference of +7 (36 goals for and 29 against).</p><p>Both teams have standout players in their ranks and that should make it a spicy contest.</p><p>Al Gharafa had beaten Al Wakrah 1-0 in the first leg of 2020-21 season QNB Stars League.</p>
