Al Kharaitiyat face Al Duhail in Week 18 of the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 15:45 at the Al Duhail Stadium on Saturday, 6th March, 2021.

Al Kharaitiyat, rock-bottom in the table with only six points, stared further at relegation following their 0-3 loss to Al Rayyan in Week 17. They lag behind 11th-placed Al Khor by eight points, so they badly need points to stay in the top flight.

The Thunders have only two victories to show for their efforts even as they suffered 15 defeats to have a goal difference of -31 (11 goals for and 42 against).

On the other hand, reigning champions Al Duhail are placed second with 34 points. The Red Knights, who beat Al Gharafa 2-1 in Week 17, still trail leaders Al Sadd by 13 points and are almost out of contention for the title.
