18:45 kick-off at Qatar SC Stadium

Qatar SC face Al Gharafa in Week 12 of the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 18:45 at the Qatar SC Stadium on Sunday, 3rd January, 2021.

Qatar SC are having an outstanding run under former Qatar international Younis Ali. They had completed five successive victories before being held 1-1 by leaders Al Sadd in Week 11.

In the process, The Kings stormed back into the top-four bracket with 19 points (six wins, one draw and four defeats). Their goal difference is +8 (18 goals for and 10 against).

Qatar SC and Al Ahli are tied on 19 points, but the former were placed fourth on better goal difference (+8 compared to Al Ahli’s -5).

Al Gharafa, under Slavisa Jokanovic, are also in good form and they are second in the standings with 22 points (seven wins, one draw and three defeats). The Cheetahs, coached by Slavisa Jokanovic, have a goal difference of +9 (25 goals for and 16 against).

Al Gharafa have the most number of victories, after leaders Al Sadd (nine).

Both teams have players of excellent calibre in their ranks. It is a foregone conclusion that sparks will fly when they face off.

Al Gharafa boast of players such as goalkeeper Yousef Hassan, Koo Ja-Cheol,  Othman Al Alawi, Ahmed Alaaedin, Hector Moreno, Homam Elamin, Adlene Guediora, Jonathan Kodjia and Sofiane Hanni, whereas Qatar SC have the likes of goalkeeper Jassim Al Hail, Mohammed Salem, Elmehdi Barrahma, Anthony Okpotu and Youcef Belaili.
