The kick-off is at 18:45 at the Al Arabi Stadium on Saturday, 2nd January, 2021.</p><p>Al Wakrah are seventh in the table with 13 points (four wins, one draw and six defeats) as they earned a promotion of one position following their 2-1 victory over Al Kharaitiyat in Week 11. The Blue Wave, without the services of injured player Isiais Sanchez, have a goal difference of -2 (12 goals for and 14 against).</p><p>Marquez Lopez’s men have a tough task on hand against fifth placed Al Ahli (19 points). The Brigadiers have six wins, one draw and four defeats with a goal difference of -5 (17 goals for and 22 against).</p><p>Nebojsa Jovovic-coached Al Ahli, who had lost 3-5 to reigning champions Al Duhail in the last round, will be looking to to back among the top-four teams as they had even led the table at one stage.</p><p>Qatar SC and Al Ahli are tied on 19 points, but the former were placed fourth on better goal difference (+8 compared to Al Ahli’s -5). Al Ahli thus slipped from third to fifth place.</p>
