The kick-off is at 18:30 at the Al Sadd Stadium on Tuesday, 22nd December, 2020.</p><p>Both teams are coming off defeats, Al Gharafa crashing 1-4 against Al Sadd and Al Wakrah losing 0-1 to Al Khor.</p><p>In the process, Al Gharafa lost the second place in the table to Al Ahli, whom they had defeated by a 4-0 margin in Week 8 to claim the second spot.</p><p>Al Gharafa have six wins and three defeats against their name with a goal difference of +8 (23 goals for and 15 against) and are placed third with 18 points. The Cheetahs have the second-best offensive line-up in terms of the goals scored, after leaders Al Sadd.</p><p>Al Gharafa coach Slavisa Jokanovic should take heart from the good form of his overseas recruits Sofiane Hanni, Jonathan Kodjia and Koo Ja-Cheol.</p><p>Al Wakrah are in eighth position with 10 points (three wins, one draw and five defeats). The Blue Wave have a goal difference of -2 (10 goals for and 12 against).</p><p>Al Gharafa had an upper hand over Al Wakrah in last season’s QNB Stars League, with the first-leg match ending in a 3-3 draw and the former winning the second leg 2-1.</p>
